48" 500 Gallon Body Used Reactor Vessels
Used glasslined reactors are supported on either side supports or legs. As with most used vessels, a used vessel is not necessarily supplied with replacement gaskets & mechanical seals. The seals & gaskets will be evaluated by Southern Glasslined Equipment prior to shipment to your facility to insure your satisfaction. The following services will be provided in the cost of used glasslined vessels unless otherwise specified or addressed in the quotation: - Document Glass thickness and spark test results
- Record vessel condition in digital pictures
- Identification and location of any vessel repairs or damage
- Repairs will be made as necessary
- Verify all lining repairs
- Inspect all accessories
- Inspect all nozzles
- Inspect all jacket couplings
- Blast all split flanges
- Blast clean and coat vessel with epoxy
- Test run gearbox
- Install and supply new gaskets for all nozzles
- Install new lubricated mechanical seal assembly
- Install reconditioned seal housing
- Install reconditioned lubricator
- Install manway cover
- Pressure test seals
- Test run vessel prior to shipment
- Block vessel for transport
- Prepare vessel manual to include inspection, maintenance, operation and installation documents
- Warranty for 12 months will cover glass lining but does not cover misuse or damage as a result of processing requirements.
Reglassed 500 Gallon Body | 
Reconditioned Glasslined Reactors Glasslined reactors can be supported on either legs or side supports. All parts and equipment are unused, reglassed, or rebuilt, all gaskets are new. The double lubricated mechanical seals are new, Southern Glasslined Equipment is pleased to offer a full 18 month warranty for reconditioned reactors. - Glass thickness and spark test vessel and all accessories
- Document Glass thickness and spark test results
- Record vessel condition in digital pictures
- Verify all lining repairs
- Inspect all accessories
- Install reglassed agitator
- Install reglassed baffle
- Install new baffle packing
- Install reglassed 30” access cover
- Install reconditioned clamps
- Install new gaskets
- Install new bolts
- Inspect all nozzles
- Blast and paint all split flanges
- Install reglassed manway cover with clear sight glass
- Verify condition of all jacket couplings
- Replace worn or failed jacket couplings
- Chase threads on all jacket couplings
- Install reconditioned J-bolts on access cover and manway
- Clean and coat vessel with epoxy
- Install rebuilt gearbox
- Install new mechanical seals
- Pressure test seals
- Test run vessel prior to shipment
- Prepare vessel manual to include inspection, maintenance, operation and installation documents
- Install reglassed manway cover
- Block vessel for transport
- Supply vessel manual to include inspection, maintenance, operation and installation documents
